What is your cleaning method for roof and siding?
Our clean method is a softwash, which is, a blend of a biodegradable solution that we blend through our proportion system and clean. It's low pressure on the siding which doesn't cause any damage, and gives the home a very good clean that is long lasting.
What type of equipment do you use?
We use commercial grade equipment. We have the proportions in the system to where we can set the perfect blend for the perfect clean.
How high can you clean?
We can clean from basically the ground up to 50 feet, and the equipment that we use allows for us to be extremely efficient when it comes to residential, as it is also suited for commercial work.
How long it takes for a pressure washing project?
It depending on the size of home. If i'm just doing a basic housewash it's usually hour and a half to 2 hours max.
It really just depends on what I'm doing at the property, but just stripping it down to the basic house wash. I usually do out and a half 2 hours.
I have window screens. How can I make sure they won’t get damaged?
We use the softwash method. It's 200 to 300 psi, max. So we're not going to damage screens or blow them out.
I recently had exterior painting done, will that be an issue?
I will ask if you’ve had any exterior painting done and if so where. We make sure that we are careful around the newly paited areas so none of it bleeds and we are careful not to put too much pressure on it. Our team likes to know so we are careful around those areas.
What is your timeframe of getting out and completing the job?
Please let us know right away if you have a specific timeframe. We are usually 3 to 4 weeks out from the time you place the order, but if there is urgency we can possibly squeeze you in later in the day or based on your area, we can squeeze you in to our schedule.
Are you competitive with your pricing?
I’m most often lower in price than my local competitors because they have more overhead to cover.
